GOOD NEWS: Last week, dozens of folks showed up to support State Representative Mike Foote's HB17-1256 — (fracking setbacks to 1000ft from schools) and it passed through the House, Health, and Insurance Committee, keeping our kids safe. Tomorrow, it goes to the floor of the State House for a vote. The bigger fight comes next in the State Senate.
