LAD MC Header

Thanks to EVERYONE who showed up at our Cinco de Mayo booth last Saturday. Your support and enthusiasm is inspiring...THANK YOU! (some of the new signups bounced, so if you know someone who signed up, but is not getting the blasts, let us know.)

CALL NOW: We actually need an INDEPENDENT COMMISSION (Deputy AG Rosenstein is not exactly impartial). Thank Bennet for his statement this morning, but press him further for an independent commission, & urge Gardner and Buck to call for an independent investigation into trump's ties to Russia. Senator Cory Gardner (R): 202-224-5941 (DC) / 303-391-5777(Denver). Senator Michael Bennet(D): 202-224-5852 (DC) / 303-455-7600 (Denver). Representative Ken Buck (R–CD4): 202-225-4676 (DC) / 970-702-2136 (Greeley).

(Senator Bennet voted not to block methane regulation today, tell him thanks for that on your call, too! more here.)

TRY RESISTBOT: Text "Resist" to 50409. Check it out, it will automatically send — and keep trying to send until send is confirmed — your message to your members.

STRATEGY: Demand your members appoint a Special Prosecutor/Independent Commission, and if they don't, urge them to hold a TOWN HALL to tell us WHY.

STRATEGY: Don't let the firehose of trump & republican malfeasance overwhelm you. Selfcare first, then when you call, calmly let them have it on all issues! And remember, you are not alone.

REMEMBER, the Democrats needed to take 31 seats to attain a majority in 2006. This time we only need 24 (and less if Ossoff, Frank, Murphy, Parnell or Quist win!). 23 republicans represent districts that Clinton carried in 2016 (3 won by vary narrow margins — Coffman in Colorado's 6th CD is one of them.). Another 10 republicans BARELY won (by less than 4%). WE CAN DO THIS. More here.
