Unicorn births are up almost 500%. Seriously, if you raise now and are not a unicorn, it’s almost odd.  

The median US Series A valuation was $42M. If you are a disciplined investor (or fancy yourself as one), you are not getting into any hot deals. In other words, to be in it to win it, goodbye price discipline.  

$1 of every $5 in venture went to fintech. There is no hotter sector in technology right now. The level of incumbent disruption that will happen in the next 10 years will be gargantuan.

While SPAC mergers have continued at a breathtaking pace, there’s been a massive slowdown in SPAC filings since the SEC announced new accounting rules in April.
